The past few years have been pretty rough for me mentally and emotionally and physically, which I won't go into detail here, but in the past few weeks I've been able to see and feel positive progress in my attitude and outlook on things I'm afraid of. Today I got actual confirmation of the fact that I'm making good progress. And at least for me, when I get that first affirmation, it makes me want to try even harder to push towards my goals.
But yes, progress. It's good. It's exciting. What are some goals that you're progressing towards?

I started writing new music this year and I am working on my morning show where I talk about random things to myself and anyone who will listen. So far so good.
