Hummus Melts

I made these amazing hummus melts today for lunch. Toasted English muffin, topped with my avocado hummus, sautéed spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Then broiled in my toaster oven until the cheese was bubbly and crispy.

Amazing.

If only all meals were this easy and delicious. (And healthy!)

  1. That looks really good. I've found local Hummus around here to have too much garlic in it. Perhaps if I made my own I might enjoy it more.

    1. You should try it! I hate the aftertaste of garlic, so I think I'll just skip it the next time I make it. :]
